Special Interests
Welcome to my special interests page. Here you will find images and reflections about my extracurricular activities. These activities have been enriching for both my academic and professional life. Through these activities I have developed various skills, made memories, and developed as a student. I plan to continue to add special interests in this section of my e-portfolio.
Residence Staff
This project captures the energy of teamwork of my group of Residence Staff in 2022/23. This project represents collaboration, strength, and unity to me and reminds me that supporting First-Year students truly takes a strong team.
Skiing
I always love a great adventure! An exploration of the great outdoors, featuring myself gazing at snowy mountains and clouds. This project embodies my love of adventure and appreciation of nature.
Model UN Delegate
Model UN has been a hobby and passion since High School. I have loved the critical thinking and fast paced decision making aspects of being a delegate. Here is a photo of me being awarded Outstanding Delegate out of a conference of 50 delegates. I had the honour of representing the UK in a conference surrounding the role of AI in Global Security.
Cultural Club Executive
This project features my executive team of the Western Indo-Canadian Student's Association performing on stage in traditional attire, capturing the vibrant energy of cultural performances. Even More Interests
I plan to continue to add special interests that are not pictured here as well as meaningful reflections about what they mean to me and how they have shaped me. In addition I plan to continue to develop and shape the descriptions for the special interests pictured above and adjust formatting to increase aesthetic appeal of my final e-portfolio.
